Abstract
|
|
|
A Case of c:inically typical neuromyelrtis optics is reported. The patient was 6--Lyear-old-boy who was 2
admitted to our hospital due to sudden lass of visual acuity and ascending paraplegia for 7 days duration on April-4th, 1970.
Transient recovery of visual acuity and improverment of muscle power occured about 2 weeks after the onset, buttbey were aggravated again 1 week later, and remained unchanged until 5 months after onset in spite of use of prednisolone, Inohesa and etc.
We also reviewed the articles oriefly.
